Promoting Health & Fitness
Since the conception of the race, promoting healthy lifestyles has been the primary goal. Although most people understand the importance of physical activity and healthy living, many seem unable to change their unhealthy behaviors to reduce weight and improve chronic condition. Our race activities have been designed to promote good health and fitness. A thirty minutes run or exercise even at home brings a lot of positives to our bodies hence we urge community members to take part in events like this.
We have partnered with some gyms around the country to achieve this objective and lifes are being transformed. We encourage runners to keep fitness in their yearly goals and form clubs to participate in groups because running always becomes fun when we do it as team.
