PALAPYE MARATHON 2023

5th Edition Race in 2023

Palapye Marathon invites all runners to the fifth edition race scheduled for Saturday 12th August 2023 at the beautiful Majestic Five Hotel in Palapye.

This fifth edition will be more exciting and entertaining than the previous editions as we will be celebrating our fifth-year anniversary. Bring along your friends, family and colleagues and create long lasting memories as you celebrate.

Be among the first to register and get ready to take the challenge to run on the famous A1 Road and appreciate the breath-taking landscapes and landmarks of the beautiful village of Palapye. While you run stay committed and focused to completing your race because a great reward awaits at the finish point which will refresh your soul and bring fulfillment to your life

GENERAL INFORMATION

Know about your race early

You will be expected to collect your bib number on Friday 11th August 2023 at the start venue i.e Majestic Five Hotel. You will need to present your confirmation email, receipt registration or omang card to collect your bib.

Opening hours:

  • Friday 11th August 2023 from 0900 hrs till 2000hrs

Please note that No bib numbers will be collected on the day of the race!

You are welcome to extend your stay after the marathon and experience the beauty and hospitality of the people of Palapye and surrounding areas. There are 10 water points provided along the course of the race. They are distributed from 2.5Km while some are 5Km apart.

There will be a final water point by the finish line of the Marathon 42KM offering water and a snack
