8th Edition Race in 2026
Palapye Marathon invites you to the 8th edition race which will be held on Sunday 16th August 2026 at the beautiful Majestic Five Hotel in Palapye. The Race 2026 promises to give runners an unforgettable road experience marking with lots of fun activities, entertainment and action.
As our esteemed runner, you must get prepared to challenge your body and mind in any of these races; 21.1Km, 10Km and the 4Km fun run.
Corporate Organisations are also welcome to register their employees to build teamwork and increase their brand visibility and exhibit their products and services.
All participants will also have an opportunity to visit some of the most unique and beautiful tourism areas around Palapye post the marathon event. These include; the Moremi gorge which has beautiful water falls, the Old Palapye building which carriers important history in Botswana as well as the Khama Rhino Sanctuary. Runners should indicate the package they wish to register for in order to benefit from these pre-arranged excursions.
